THE SMUGGLERS INN RESTAURANT With panoramic windows overlooking Ballinskelligs Bay and onto the surrounding mountains, the sun's rays flood into the room as guests settle down to breakfast and plan their day. Then, as the evening light changes and dusk approaches, the gentle glow of candlelight and the sounds of the sea, the dinner service commences. The menu tempts with internationally inspired cuisine that highlights the finest Irish ingredients carefully selected from small local purveyors. Executive Chef and Proprietor Henry Hunt and his team have earned a devoted following for their seasonal menus. The dishes are inspired by Irelands changing seasons and offerings. The Smugglers Inn Restaurant philosophy is to create a menu that is not only exciting and innovative, but also sources the finest of sustainable seafood as well as grown ingredients which are locally sourced. There is an abundance of regional produce on our doorstep such as fresh seafood & shellfish from Dalys, Cromane, local fishermen and organic vegetables from local suppliers all creating dishes full of flavour and aroma.
